Job Requirement & Description :
•Presentable and highly motivated
•Smart and Positive Thinker
•Must be Creative & Unique
•Sales and Marketing Experienced can consider
•Experience Sales Property Consultant is a plus
•Dubai experience is a plus.
•Valid UAE driving license (Preferred)
•Can join immediately
•Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
•Advise clients on market conditions and prices.
•Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
•RERA Certified (Preferred)
•Be a team player.
•Possess strong communication skills verbal, written along with sales presentation skills.
•Proficiency in languages either Arabic or Chinese or Russian along with English
•Taking to clients on phone or face to face with kind and respectful manner
•Networking with agents and property Owners/Landlords
