Estimation Engineer - Dubai

JOB PROFILE –

He or she shall be in charge of Designing and Estimating for all MEP activities.
1. Receiving & Registering Enquiries
2. Delegating & Planning Estimation turnaround time
3. Liaising with client for technical information and clarification
4. Review and forward estimations for Top Management Approval
5. Supervise the activities and ensure their smooth operations with synchronization
6. Focused approach to ensure that immediate subordinates provide output right the first time.
7. Ensure electronic archiving of all related estimation documents
8. Appraise immediate subordinates for their performance
9. Ensure amendments are adequately communicated to the team
10. Prepare and forward daily activity report to Operations Manager
11. QHSE Activities & Support
• Ensure achievement of QHSE Objectives & participate in Root Cause and implementing corrective action as required


EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:

 Btech or atleast an ITI


WORK EXPERIENCE:

 Minimum 5 years’ experience


ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

 Good computer literacy
 Good designer& planner
 High level knowledge of reading drawings
