CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER Qualification- BE/BTECH, 20+ yrs exp in UAE/GCC with similar background in Contracting/construction companies only. Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development would be advantageous. Area of Expertise- The COO is a key member of the senior management team, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer CEO. You'll have to maintain control of diverse business operations, so we expect you to be an efficient leader. COO should deliver excellent people management skills, business acumen and exemplary work ethics Job Role: Responsible for the development, design, operation and improvement of the systems that create and deliver the firms services. Ensure that business operations are efficient and effective with the proper management of resources, services to customers, and analysis of work is conducted. COO should routinely communicate and stress their company safety mission statement and culture through all operations and systems so that it infiltrates employees actions. Coordinate all operations / activities of the company. Direct operations department heads. Direct weekly operations meetings. Consult with the department leaders and the management team to enforce create budgets, schedules/plans, and project specifics KPIs. Report on overall operations to the management team as required.
