Business Development Manager/Marketing Manager for Interior Design Firm (Arabic Speaking) - Abu Dhabi

1. Research, build relationships and facilitate the growth of the business according to the objectives of company’s business plan.
2. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network and turn this into increases business.
3. Fully engage to the clients in order to sell our clients services and ensuring maximum profit and revenue for the company.
4. Understanding individual client’s needs and coordinate with the team in developing the services for the client.
5. Manage clients expectations through liaison with internal departments, keeping clients updated on project developments and building sustainable long term client relationships and deliver client requirements on schedule and to the highest standard.
6. Coordinate and assist the finance team to follow up with clients on payment collection of self-generated clients/projects to ensure a steady cash flow for projects.
7. Take responsibility for all advertising and marketing for the company.
8. Defining and delivering marketing campaigns and collaterals in line with projects and the company brand.
9. Designing, creating and implementing a marketing plan to drive growth and increase branding opportunities to the market.
10. You possess agency or client side experience within the luxury, property, architecture or interior design sector.
11. You have excellent business knowledge, strategic and able to deliver a marketing plan and to work within a budget.
12. You should be excellent in organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills.
13. Able to work under pressure and possess a multi-tasking skills
14. Good communication and written skills both in English and Arabic language
15. College/University Degree holder in a related field.
16. 3-5 years experienced in UAE in related field.
